GUESTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY AND NO WHEELCHAIR

If you have reduced mobility we recommend that you book seats high up in stand 1 to avoid the steps. In stand 1 you can access your seat via row 26 and row 25 is one step down.

There are steps up to stands 2 and 3. If you are seated here and have difficulties in getting up and down the steps, please contact one of our staff on entry to the Arena and they will help you to your seat. There are some steps to be negotiated between the elevator and your seat.

Contact our box office at Friends Arena on +46 8 502 535 20 or email [email protected] to book, or go to the box office for help with your booking.

GUESTS WITH WHEELCHAIRS

For most events at the Arena you can book a wheelchair space yourself. For other events please call our box office on +46 8 502 535 20, email [email protected] or go to the ticket office and we will help you.

Friends Arena has wheelchair seating at stand 1, row 26, as standard and the amount of seating available varies by event. A guest with reduced mobility with a wheelchair can bring along one companion and this is included in the price of the wheelchair ticket. The companion sits, subject to availability, on a chair next to, or on, a fixed seat behind the wheelchair space.
